As of late, it seems Anne Hathaway is everywhere. You may have clocked her at the Valentino Haute Couture spring-summer 2023 show in Paris wearing sparkling leopard print. Or maybe it was the Versace autumn-winter 2023 show in Los Angeles, in a croc-embossed minidress. Or perhaps it was when she opted for sky-high platforms at Valentino Haute Couture’s fall-winter 2022 show in the brand’s signature PP pink for their presentation at the Spanish Steps in Rome that you took notice. Hathaway’s back in fashion.
This week, the actor and mother of two, who also serves as an ambassador for Bulgari, continued her fashion-focused globe-trotting, celebrating the opening of the Italian jewelry brand’s new Tokyo hotel. Spanning five floors of luxury rooms, suites, spa, restaurant, and a rooftop bar in the city’s Midtown Yaesu area, is the latest in Bulgari’s portfolio.
Among the crowd, Hathaway—who was dressed to the nines in a black Givenchy minidress embellished with flowers and glittering Bulgari diamonds—rubbed shoulders with Governor of Tokyo Yuriko Koike, Gianluigi Benedetti, the Italian ambassador to Japan, Japanese actors Ryoko Yonekura and Ken Watanabe; and Bulgari CEO Jean-Christophe Babin.
The property is the first in a planned expansion over the course of the next few years that will see hotels in Rome, Miami, Maldives, and Los Angeles.
